Shipping Containers/Policy

Items will ship in sealed and discrete boxes or shipping bags that are unmarked.

Domestic Shipping: shipping is available on orders within the United states.

International Shipping: Currently shipping is not available for international orders.

Damaged or Defective Policy

​

At Mac Designs, we believe in providing quality products with prompt service.  Very rarely, an order can be be damaged or defective.  In this instance, all claims must be reported within 72 hours of the receipt of delivery.

To report a damaged or defective item, please email michael.leslie@macdesignsnj.com or call 609-408-9097 to report your claim.  Photos or return of the damaged item may be required to process a claim.  If return is required, a return label will be provided at no charge.  Once claim has been reviewed or return item is received, refund or replacement will be processed.​

All used items will not qualify for refund or return.

All claims for damaged or defective items must be processed within 72 hours of the receipt of the item or the claim can not be honored.

Signature Required Orders

Pipe or smoking accessories sold on macdesignsnj.com will require age verification at time of delivery in most cases.  Repeat order accounts that have been verified previously may not require age verification on future orders in some cases.
